FEET/ ANKLES/TOES

ENTER ON SORE ANKLES, EXIT ON CLOUD NINE.

Have you been told that steroid injections, PRP, stem cells or invasive surgery are your only options to treat your foot, toe and ankle issues? RELIEF™ provides an alternative that eliminates stubborn scar tissue to increase your mobility, frees nerves from entrapment to reduce your pain and catalyzes the body’s natural ability to heal itself. The best part: no surgery, medication, stem cells or downtime.

PAIN OR STIFFNESS IN YOUR FEET, ANKLES AND TOES

If you’ve ever badly sprained your ankle, or experienced a fracture in your ankle, foot or toe, you may be walking with restricted mobility. Perhaps the injury has put an end to a physical activity you once loved.

Injuries to the elastic, connective tissues causes scarring which many change how you walk and over time put painful stress on other parts of the foot thereby increasing the risk of reinjury. The incomplete healing leads to a cycle of chronic pain and instability.

RELIEF™ may be used to treat the injured, painful or poorly functioning foot and return you to a healthy and pre-injury state without invasive surgery or downtime.

OVERVIEW

Plantar fasciitis is a common cause of severe heel discomfort that results from inflammation of the connective tissue bridging your toes to your heel bone. It is most often triggered in the morning when you first put weight on your feet, decreasing throughout the day but re-occurring after bouts of inactivity. RELIEF™ may be used to restore the damaged connective tissue to a healthy and pre-injury state and free nerves that have become entrapped and adhesed to scarred tissue layers without invasive surgery or downtime.

Ankle injuries often cause stretched or torn ligaments and tendons that may change how you walk and put undue stress across other parts of the foot and ankle. Without proper biomechanical restoration, the risk of reinjury increases. RELIEF™ may be used to restore the damaged connective tissue to a healthy and pre-injury state and free nerves that have become entrapped and adhesed to scarred tissue layers without invasive surgery or downtime.

Toe arthritis can cause the toes to bend sideways and create painful bone spurs. Other symptoms may include joint swelling and decreased flexibility, all of which can have significant impact on daily life. RELIEF™ may be used to restore and realign the toes to their natural position with invasive surgery or downtime.

A metatarsophalangeal joint sprain is an injury to the connective tissue between the foot and one of the toes. The toe is hyperextended and thus the joint is injured. When the big toe is involved, it is known as “turf toe”, but it can occur on the lesser toes as well. RELIEF™ may be used to restore the tissue layers to a healthy and pre-injury state and free nerves that have become entrapped and adhesed to the damaged connective tissue without invasive surgery or downtime.

“I could not walk or sleep. It has been a year since my treatment. I am now skiing, hiking and am back to 100%. It’s remarkable.”

What It Is
RELIEF™ is a minimally-invasive treatment designed to catalyze your body’s natural ability to heal. We do not perform surgery. We do not mask symptoms with medication, cortisone or other steroids. We do not use stem cells.

The treatment utilizes dynamic ultrasound, 3D mapping and ScarMap™ imaging software to identify soft tissue abnormalities and locate entrapped nerves across the interstitial layer. Under ultrasound guidance, the treatment frees nerves from entrapment, eliminates scar tissue and restores the anatomy to its pre-injury state.
What It Does
The treatment employs specialized needles to hydrodissect stiff and scarred tissue and free nerves from entrapment to surrounding connective tissue. FDA registered and World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) approved growth factors, collagens, extracellular proteins naturally found in human placental tissues are administered to reduce inflammation, inhibit scar formation, and support tissue regeneration. Patients remain completely awake and engaged during the entire treatment and may experience symptom alleviation as soon as 1-10 days with continued improvement over the following weeks and months.
What To Expect
Usually about 24-48 hours after the procedure, patients are able to return to their favorite activities. No immobilization, bracing or other inconvenience post-treatment is required. Movement and light active recovery are recommended.
